All students will gather at the Hualien Train Station on 7/3 Monday afternoon, and will go to the 玉神會館 together by bus. The following is a rough daily schedule for the conference.

Pre-Conference Interview: After submitting the application, each applicant is responsible to schedule a follow-up interview with our admissions staff. A video conference interview is preferred. In this interview, we will clarify our goals for this conference, assess your English ability and answer any questions you may have. Interviews typically last for 20 minutes and are scheduled within the following time slots: (1) Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, (2) Monday or Thursday, 6-10PM (3) Saturday 10AM-12PM.
